Integrated Management - We manage all assets in house, which allows for hands-on preservation of assets long-term via diligent property management and attention to detail. 

Long-Term Approach - Because we rarely or ever rely on outside capital, we can make design and amenity decisions that aren't solely bottom-line oriented.  This allows us to invest more money into projects and create a superior product in the marketplace.
